Overview of the Department

This department has modern machines that are used for training purposes and trainees are exposed to a variety of practical lessons from the start of their studies up to the time they exit from their course. Our trainees are always attached to various industries across country so as to make them exposed to real work situations before they graduate. Graduants can therefore be absorbed or employed in any Government Institutions, Educational institutions, Production engineering factories and they can also be self-employed. Such trainees after graduation can also be employed as Instructors in T.T.I's and Vocational institutes after being trained as a trainer at The Kenya Technical Trainers College [KTTC].
